Notes: 1. Oil tank volume:10L is the oil tank volume. Because the hydraulic cylinder and oil pipe should be filled with oil, after several times of movement of the newly installed play detector, the oil tank should be refilled with oil, so as to avoid emptying the oil pump.
2. Hydraulic oil: Under normal temperature, YA-N46 can be used. But in the north, especially in winter, please change to use No. 13 engine oil (special spindle oil HJ-13) to avoid freezing the hydraulic oil in cold winter. Otherwise, the hydraulic station may fail to work.

Maintenance and servicing:

1. After the product is used for three months, please disassemble the platform panel and add calcium-base lubrication grease to the guide seat with a pressure rod type oil gun to lubricate the guide sleeve and guide pillar. And also check if the fastening bolts of guide seat and oil cylinder etc. components are loose.

2. Please check the oil level in the oil tank of hydraulic station. Add N46 engine oil (old standard is 30# engine oil) if the oil volume is insufficient.

3. In case the oil pipe of hydraulic system is broken and the oil sprays outside, please stop the operation immediately and carry out maintenance. Do not block the broken place with hands. Otherwise the high pressure oil may injure persons.
